At the current time I am not accepting referrals for treatment cases. My private practice is limited to existing patients and forensic evaluations.
Referrals for forensic psychiatric evaluations are taken from Attorneys, Judges, Insurance Companies and Employers. I am available for evaluations including competency to stand trial, sanity, civil committment, sexually violent predator status, emotional harm, competency to perform various civil functions (i.e. guardianship, testimentary capacity, medical decision making), disability, workmen's compensation and other evaluations involving the interaction between psychiatry and the law. I am available for evaluations throughout the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and other locations if needed. I maintain an office in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for local evaluations.
